The Wandering Mind specializes in adult therapy, treating those who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. Our providers use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) to help our clients make change. We welcome all our clients to a safe and supportive environment to help them feel comfortable in their journey to change. We do not provide child therapy services or anger management classes at this time; however, we are happy to offer referrals as needed.
